Repairs are made in our Sydney based service centre. This means convenience, speed, and no expensive shipping delays or communication breakdowns. Simply send your broken tape drive or tape autoloader to the Connexion Point repair centre along with your contact details.
5. Fixed prices, fair quotes, and no-obligation assessments
Unless we have earlier agreed doing a fixed price repair, we will always provide you with a quote. This allows you the choice of going ahead with the repair or not. If you chose not to continue with the repair, you will only be charged a basic inspection fee and for the return freight cost.
5. We treat your drives as if we owned them ourselves.
You expect to receive a reliable tape drive following repair, but we also want you to feel proud of the quality of presentation when your tape drive is delivered. Before any repaired product leaves the Connexion Point service centre, we either clean or replace your tape drive's cosmetic components (such as bezels, handles and enclosures), and naturally we package using quality materials such as sealed ESD protective bags.
